1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DrainShield, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, or related services.

2. Description of Service

DrainShield is a non-custodial wallet security application developed by IBITI Labs. Depending on supported platform features, app version, and service tier, DrainShield may provide:

• Wallet connection and wallet-based security workflows
• Scanning of token approvals and wallet exposure
• Risk analysis based on public blockchain data and external intelligence sources
• Flagging of suspicious, risky, or known malicious spender addresses and contracts
• Approval review and revoke assistance through the user’s connected wallet
• Alerts, monitoring tools, or premium features where offered

DrainShield is non-custodial. It does not hold your assets, store your private keys, or sign transactions on your behalf outside your wallet’s own approval flow.

3. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

DrainShield provides security information, warnings, technical analysis, and workflow tools only. Nothing in the app or website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee that a transaction, token, contract, protocol, or wallet is safe.

4. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, recovery phrases, devices, and transaction decisions.
• You must review all wallet prompts and transaction details before signing.
• You are responsible for network fees, gas costs, and failed transaction costs.
• You understand that security signals, scores, alerts, and labels are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.

5. Service Limitations

Blockchain security analysis has limits. DrainShield may rely on public chain data, third-party APIs, remote threat feeds, on-device logic, wallet providers, RPC endpoints, and mobile platform services.

As a result, DrainShield may fail to identify some threats, may classify a safe contract as risky, may classify a risky contract as lower risk than expected, or may miss changes that happen after a scan.

No security tool can guarantee complete protection from exploits, phishing, malicious permissions, contract upgrades, wallet compromise, social engineering, or asset loss.

6. Third-Party Services

DrainShield may use or depend on third-party services, including but not limited to wallet connection infrastructure, blockchain data providers, RPC providers, notification services, payment or subscription platforms, and external threat intelligence feeds.

We are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, delays, security incidents, policy changes, or billing issues caused by third-party services.

7. Premium Features and Purchases

Some features may be offered only through a paid or premium plan. Availability, pricing, billing periods, renewal behavior, free trials, and cancellation options may depend on the platform through which you obtained the subscription.

Unless required by applicable law, purchases, subscription charges, and platform billing disputes are governed by the relevant app store or payment provider rules.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse DrainShield, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to related systems, abuse third-party infrastructure used by the service, or use the service in connection with unlawful activity.

We may limit or suspend access to the service where reasonably necessary to protect the product, users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DrainShield is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBITI Labs disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBITI Labs, DrainShield, and their developers, contributors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of digital assets, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

This limitation applies even if a risk alert was missed, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of DrainShield or these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
